Spray the air fryer pan with oil to coat. Place the egg in another bowl and beat well. In a small bowl, combine the flour, paprika, salt, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Place the pan in the oven on warm to keep them warm while you cook the fish. Remove the fries from the air fryer onto a sheet pan and season with salt, as needed. Working in batches, put the fries in an even layer in the air fryer basket with no overlapping and cook, turning them halfway through, until golden brown, 14 to 16 minutes.
